The approach

Evidence-based. Emotionally aware. Always practical.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

How you think shapes how you feel and act. CBT helps you spot distorted thinking — catastrophising, all-or-nothing, mind-reading — and replace it with thoughts grounded in reality.

Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT)

REBT goes beneath the thoughts to the rigid demands underneath: ‘I must be liked', ‘they should never let me down'. We loosen those, and the emotional storms loosen with them.

Emotional regulation

We build the in-between space between trigger and response — through breath, body, and naming what's actually going on.

Compassionate counselling

All of this happens inside a relationship that's warm, non-judgmental and genuinely on your side.
